Club sandwich with bacon and fried eggs

Ingredients:

  • Bread for toast – 3 pieces
  • Mayonnaise – 50 g
  • Mustard Dijon – 30 g
  • Tomatoes – 120 g
  • Iceberg salad – 1/4 head
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Bacon-200 g
  • Cheese in slicing – 100 g
  • Chicken breast – 120 g
  • Vegetable oil – 80 ml
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation:

  1. Dry bread in the oven or toaster.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices.
  3. Chop salad with straws.
  4. Prepare the fried eggs.
  5. Chicken breast cut into thin slices and fry until done.
  6. Bacon fry in a grill pan
  7. Mix mayonnaise with mustard.
  8. Put the sauce on the toast and add all the ingredients in layers.
  9. Finished three-story sandwich wrapped in foil and warmed in the oven for 3 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
  10. Cut into two pieces.
