The Dutch photographer Jeroen Adema (Jeroen Adema) made a series of art shots in collaboration with the designer of hats. Here’s what he says:
“I believe in the power of cooperation. Around so many talented people, it’s just incredible. In the city where I live, designer Van Nuijen (VanNuyen). She creates exclusive hats, and these are the most beautiful hats I’ve ever seen. She is an amazingly talented woman, and for a couple of years I really wanted to arrange a photo session with her hats.
Finally, in October 2017, we sat down and together discussed what and how we would like to photograph. Van Nuijen is not only a designer of hats, she is also a hairdresser-stylist, so we thought what hair styles would suit the hats. I asked a friend who works in a clothing store to borrow a few outfits for shooting, and also offered to take part in the project to his relative, a make-up artist. Finally, I asked two more women who live in our city to work as models for our project. In short, everyone agreed, and here’s the result! I’m really proud of our joint project! “
With some regret, I note that although eight shots are presented, only four hats are used on them, each photographed from two angles. Not enough! And the project is quite interesting, in my opinion. And I totally agree with Yerun – when enthusiastic people cooperate, their talents are not just formed, but multiplied, and amicable joint efforts can lead to remarkable results. Synergy, it is the most.
