Rice terraces of Bali. Gunung Kavi – royal tombs. Temple of Tirth Empool is a sacred source. №16

The first association with the island of Bali is of course the green rice terraces. Traveling all over the island you observe these huge green fields with flowering rice (we were lucky to be on the island at this time).

Visiting the terraces, we keep the route to the royal tomb – "Gunung Kawi" (11th century). The uniqueness of this place. Of course they fascinate you!

Another place that they could not pass by was the sacred source of the Temple "Tirtha Empule". The temple itself dates from 926 AD. The name is translated "The Temple of Sacred Water".

Enjoy watching!
